What happen to Blue Mountain Zone?

Well Blue Mountain Zone got removed and no longer exist. But I loaded the map on 2.1 and the snowy sky is gone... It look's like Spring time is coming to Blue Mountain Zone...
(NOTE: This is not real, it's just made up stuff, BMZ is seriously removed.)
