You are curious on why these two, Chezzy & Skitzy are similar? How about a Biography?
Chezzy & Skitzy are siblings. (For some reason, I want Skitzy to have a twin sister named Skirty now.)
Chezzy found Speedy stranded, injured & bleeding. Cautiously sacrificing his blood(He didn't know how much he produced at this time or his blood type), he saved Speedy's life.
The 3 encountered Darky in combat. They won, and Darky decided they were pretty cool to be with. Shiny isn't a DIFFERENT chao, he is Darky's POSITIVE side. (Basically 2 Darky's, one is normal, the other is positive. Different personality, Statistics, Blood, etc.) Chaosky was found, being yelled at by a killer hedgehog, who yielded a sharp, and deadly knife. After they mauled him, he got scared and ran off, only to be eaten by Jacob for lunch(Sorry, I HAD to add that, LOL.).
Future: They see a drowning chao, and Speedy rescues HER. She is shivering, and her color is lavender. She had Chaosky's skin type, but they yellow parts were blue instead, and her ball emotion was a blueberry. Skitzy, then wondered wha he'd be like if he was a girl himself or at least made a copy? So, he copies himself as the opposite gender... And, you guessed it, Skirty comes to existance!

Shiny: AB- (Takes the MOST damage, but N.E.V.E.R bleeds, so Chezzy has one less chao to worry about!)
Speedy:BO+ (He was B blooded, until Chezzy saved his LIFE, mixing blood.)
Skitzy:ABO+ (Skitzy is the ULTIMATE blood, he can get A blood, B blood, O blood, AB blood, Negative, Positive, NAME it! He can have it, & donate it!)
Darky: A- (Surprisingly, he isn't injured as 1/4 as the others are. He doesn't seem to get a allergic reaction to B blood, even if A blood-ers are meant to!)
Chaosky:B- (Like Darky, Not allergic to A blood, but he is hurt 1/2 more than him.)
Chezzy:ABOx (The IMPORTANT chao! The x confusing you? The x means he has positive blood on 1 side, & negative on the other side! Half-&-Half, Donater & Reciever.)
